Al-Ofoq Foundation for Youth Development organizes a trail and environmental trip to the town of Nuba.

al Ofoq Foundation for Youth Development in Bethlehem, in cooperation with the Darna Center in Al-Deheisheh camp, organized today an environmental and recreational trail and trip to the town of Nuba, which included a visit to the Nuba Tourist Resort.

About 50 male and female participants, retirees and seniors cared for by the Darna Center, participated in the trip, as part of a series of social and recreational activities and programs implemented by the center, with the aim of enhancing social communication, entertaining participants, and providing a space to enjoy nature and spend quality time away from the daily routine.

The Horizon Foundation affirmed that organizing such trips comes within the framework of its interest in community and volunteer work, promoting psychological and social health, and providing an opportunity for seniors and retirees to participate in environmental and recreational activities, stressing the importance of this group and its role in society and the need to provide quality programs that meet their needs.

For their part, the participants expressed their great happiness with this day, extending their thanks and appreciation to the Horizon Foundation for Youth Development and the Darna Center for organizing this trip, which they described as a distinguished recreational day and a beautiful opportunity for change and psychological relief, stressing the importance of continuing such activities and trips.

The trip concluded in an atmosphere of joy and satisfaction, with an emphasis on continuing cooperation between the Horizon Foundation and the Darna Center to implement more activities and programs that serve the community and provide seniors and retirees with spaces for recreation, communication, and community participation.
