Al-Ofoq and Daruna Center are looking into developing programs for seniors and retirees.

Al Ofoq Youth Development Foundation hosted a delegation from the Darnah Community Care Center Association in Dheisheh Camp. The two parties discussed a range of proposed activities and programs aimed at enhancing community work and serving the elderly and retirees in the camp.

The meeting addressed ways to develop the partnership between the two institutions, contributing to the implementation of quality initiatives targeting this demographic through social, health, and awareness programs, as well as interactive activities that improve their quality of life and promote their integration into society.

Emphasis was also placed on the importance of exchanging expertise and experiences between the two sides, and working to design joint programs that meet the needs of the elderly and retirees and respond to their life and social priorities.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties expressed their aspiration for continued cooperation and expanded partnership areas in the future, serving their shared mission of supporting and empowering the community.
