As part of its ongoing efforts to promote community health services, Al-Ofuq Foundation for Youth Development carried out a series of cataract removal surgeries for a number of patients, based on the results of the free medical day organized by the Foundation.

These operations came after conducting the necessary medical examinations during the medical day, where a number of cases suffering from cataracts and requiring surgical intervention were diagnosed. Subsequently, arrangements were made to conduct the operations in coordination with the relevant medical authorities.

Al-Ofoq Foundation affirmed that this initiative comes within the framework of its humanitarian mission aimed at alleviating the suffering of patients, especially the less fortunate groups, and providing them with free or subsidized treatment opportunities, thereby contributing to improving their quality of life and enabling them to return to their daily lives normally.

For their part, the beneficiaries expressed their thanks and gratitude to Al-Ofuq Foundation for this humanitarian gesture, which had a significant impact on restoring the blessing of sight and improving their health conditions.
