Al Ofoq organizes a self-care and psychological discharge meeting for female employees of the Girls' Care Home in Bethlehem.

Bethlehem – In a move reflecting attention to the mental health of workers in social institutions, the Directorate of National Guidance and Morale in the Governorate of Bethlehem and Al-Ofoq Foundation for Youth Development organized a specialized meeting on psychological discharge for female employees of the Girls' Welfare Home.
The meeting was opened by Sami Salahat, Director of Public Relations and Media in the National Guidance and Morale Directorate, who welcomed the attendees, praising the cooperation with Al-Ufuq Foundation, stressing that these activities come within the framework of supporting the staff working in institutions that provide humanitarian services to society, especially in light of the current circumstances and challenges.
The training was presented by Dr. Lubna Adawi, where the meeting included a set of practical exercises and methods of psychological discharge that help workers deal with work pressures and enhance psychological balance and the ability to continue performing their humanitarian mission.
The meeting was supervised by Mr. Ibrahim Suleiman from Al-Ofoq Foundation for Youth Development, while the meeting witnessed great interaction from the participants through activities and applied exercises that focused on stress management skills and working with a positive spirit.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Director of the Girls' Welfare Home, Ms. Sana Abu Laban, expressed her thanks to the Directorate of National Guidance and Morale and Al-Ofoq Foundation for organizing this qualitative meeting, which enhances the psychological and professional support of the workers.
This meeting comes within a series of awareness and psychological programs and meetings implemented by the National Guidance and Morale in cooperation with its partners, which will target a number of governmental, private and national institutions, in support of community resilience and promotion of mental health in light of the current conditions experienced by our people.
