As part of the preparedness initiative, a visit to the Civil Defense Center.

As part of the Preparedness and Response Initiative,  Al Ofoq Foundation for Youth Development organized a visit to the Civil Defense Directorate in Bethlehem Governorate, attended by approximately 40 participants from the youth of Tuqu' town. The meeting, which was welcomed by Colonel Ali Hantash, the director of the directorate, along with several officers from the department and representatives from the Horizon Foundation, covered various topics including emergency and risk management, evacuation, public safety (guidelines and instructions), an overview of firefighting vehicles and their equipment, and training on firefighting using water hoses. At the end of the meeting, the Horizon Foundation for Youth Development expressed its sincere gratitude to the brothers at the Civil Defense Directorate for their warm reception and the valuable theoretical and practical information provided to the participating youth group.
